As a tax raiser. Didn't see that coming 10 miles away...
I happen to agree with the tax hike on the uber-wealthy, but you just don't make it a cornerstone of your campaign unless you're clueless like the Angelides camp appears to be.

there are ways to deal with a tax hike on the wealthiest in our society
Angelides isn't dealing with it at all. Its just sitting out there for the Republicans to paint any way they want.
