Arnold on Global Warming
The "Governator" revealed his plan on global warming today, such that it is, and may have handed the Democrats a campaign issue in the process. The plan calls for a pollution caps and trades plan (pollution credits) similar to many European nations...minus the caps.
Personally, I don't think transferable pollution credits are much of a sollution, but I can pretty much guarantee they aren't going to solve the problem if you don't cap the amount of pollutants a factory can send into the air!
Polls show Californians are in favor of strong measures to combat global warming, so hopefully the Democrats will call Arnold out on this one.

I think Arnolds "roots" have finally come out into the open. While smiling his phony smile and saying the opposite, he's actually doing all he can to force small business persons out of business. He has now signed into law an act which forces Talent Managers to require a $50,000.00 Bond. Last year, 2005, he forced them to have a $10000.00 Bond, somethng only Agents were required to have. Many Managers do not make much money. This act will create such an extreme hardship on them. But does he care? Of course not.People, stop believing in his phony smile and see him for what he really is. A chip off the Bush's block.
