All Eight Initiatives Trail

Indicating the majority of Californians are still somewhat sane, new polls indicate all eight ballot initiatives trail badly. The Field Poll, long ignoring props 73, 78, & 79, finally got around to sampling the public on those measures. The result? More of the same...voters don't want any part of these initiatives anymore than they want the Arnold Power Grab Quartet of 74, 75, 76, & 77.

Speaking of Prop 77, opponents have found a new spokesman. Judge Joseph Wapner, yes from the People's Court, is appearing in ads urging defeat of the measure.
